When an Ann Arbor Event Needs More Than a Porta Potty

A restroom trailer gives guests the comfort of an indoor restroom wherever your Ann Arbor event takes place. Each trailer has private stalls, flushing toilets, a sink with running water and a mirror, lighting and climate control, which makes luxury restroom trailers in Ann Arbor a good fit for outdoor weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, galas and VIP areas at concerts or festivals. See every feature on our executive restroom trailers page.

Some hosts pair a trailer with standard units for larger crowds or for areas farther from the main gathering. Our portable restrooms in Ann Arbor page covers standard units and hand wash stations, and our Ann Arbor event planning guide walks through unit types and booking timelines for local events.

Restroom Trailers in Ann Arbor: Sizes and Features

We offer three trailer sizes so you can match the unit to your guest count and venue. Every size has separate entrances for men and women.

5-Stall Trailer: Built for large weddings, galas and corporate events, with multiple private stalls and urinals for high traffic gatherings.

3-Stall Trailer: A middle size for family reunions, outdoor banquets and private celebrations that need comfort without taking up much space.

2-Stall Trailer: A compact choice for intimate weddings, private parties and VIP areas.

  • Comfort Features: Flushing toilets, a urinal on the men's side, a sink with running water and a mirror, heating and air conditioning, nonslip flooring and ventilation.
  • Water and Lighting: About 100 gallons of fresh water on board, plus interior and exterior lighting for evening events.
  • Stocked Supplies: Toilet tissue, hand sanitizer, soap and paper towels arrive in every trailer.

Not sure which size fits? Share your guest count and how long the event runs when you call, and we will recommend a configuration for your venue.

Planning Trailer Delivery at Your Ann Arbor Venue

A trailer needs a level spot that our delivery truck can reach. Plan for a level parking area and either a utility hookup or an onboard water tank, and let us know about soft ground, muddy patches or narrow access roads at the site. On delivery day, our team levels and connects the trailer, then tests the lighting, water and ventilation before your guests arrive.

We coordinate setup and removal with your planner or venue manager, and every trailer is cleaned and inspected before it leaves our yard and again after pickup. Trailers also work beyond one day events: we rent them long term for film and television sets, construction site offices, seasonal outdoor facilities and temporary business operations, with regular cleaning, maintenance and restocking for the length of the rental.
